Kathryn's Approach to Wellness

Professionally
Healing begins when we feel safe, seen, and deeply understood. My approach to behavioral wellness is compassionate, trauma-informed, and centered on helping you reconnect with your strengths, build self-trust, and create a life that feels authentic and most meaningful to you. Together, we get to honor where you've been while empowering you to embrace hope, meaning, confidence, and thriving in life.
Personally
Outside of my delicate work with my clients, I find joy in the simple things - spending time with family and friends, being surrounded by my dogs and livestock, and getting outside whenever I can. I love hiking, snow sports, riding quads and dirt bikes, and finding new adventures in the beautiful outdoors. I also believe in challenging myself to step outside my comfort zone and face the fears that like to try and hold me back, because some of the most meaningful growth happens when we have the courage to try something new.
